3 day old chicks dying very fast, please help!

Chick starter, but I think I found the problem- ventilation.

they need more air? what do you have them in? I am just wondering for when i get my chick. I hope all is ok.

I have them in a rubbermade bin, so I now drilled holes all along the edge about 3" off the floor. They are doing great now.

I only named the dead ones, and they are meat chicks- Cornish Giants and Western Rustic.
