I have 3 different sets of Hens. They are all brown egg chickens. Right now The 2 older chickens are in the coop. But the other 4 still have the baby feathers. Today I put one of the babies in the coop,to test and the older ones peeked at her. Will they all be able to get along? Very worried now!

Best wait a bit longer. Even when they are older, they will have a pecking order go on. I just watch and make sure they don't get into it real bad, and also know that the youngers have room to get away when they realize, they aren't at the top of the T.Pole yet.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join us here! I too agree with the above posters about waiting to intergrate your birds. The see but don't touch method works great and I have had great success with it. Please do check out the links that CT left for you I'm sure you will find them most helpful.

Wishing you the very best of luck and enjoy your time here on BYC :frow
