3 different Temp & Humidity readings!?!?!

I have a Farm Innovators 4250 and I'm getting a different reading from it and two mini units on either side of the view window.
What should I do? Go with the average of them all?

I had let them sit for a few hours and they were matched & reading room temp- I figured they would help.

Have you calibrated at least one thermometer yet?
If not do so asap.

Also...incubators can have hotter or cooler spots.

Also you really must purchase a humidity gauge that can be calibrated to.
Salt testing a humidity gauge is it very simple.

I read that as long as it's between 99°-102° they will hatch... Does that sound right?

Looks like I need to get quality probe units. Any suggestions? Brinsea?
