3 eggs!! (Finally)

Well, yesterday was a very exciting day my easter egger, and 2 out of my 3 other ladies (not sure who laid, I have 4 old enough to lay, and got 3 eggs) all laid an egg yesterday.

I am so, SO happy that Olive (EE) laid a gorgeous blue egg. It was HUGE. Literally super heavy and double the size of the other 2 eggs laid by the others.

I also got 2 brown eggs. Not sure who laid.. I have a black Australorp, a barred rock, and a silver Wyandotte.

So excited!! I literally freaked

We've been getting eggs, almost one a day, for a little over two weeks. Just figured out the two black cuckoo marans are doing most of the laying, one more than the other. And now we know which is doing what. Linda lays double yolks every time and Oprah lays freckled eggs. We have 13 rirs so knowing which of those is laying will be tricky but this is so fun playing the mystery egg game. Congratulations! Enjoy those tasty eggs!

Congrats to you too!! It is quite fun I was so excited to see what color my EE would lay, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy it isn't brown! (All my other non EE will lay brown)
