3 eggs from 2 hens in a day?

How common is it for a hen to lay more than one egg / day?

I was surprised to see 3 eggs from 2 hens. I check the egg box daily.
First, the double yolker, now 3 eggs! You can tell I'm proud of my hens.

that leaves me speechless i didnt know you could get 3 eggs out of two hens , but hey i guess it happens right . I mean it happen to you hehe .
