3 hens have bumblefoot and now one is limping after treatment

About two weeks ago, I noticed bumblefoot on two of my hens but I had to leave for vacation so I couldn't treat them until I came back on Sunday. I found out that 3 of them have it now so I soaked them in an Epsom salt bath for 10 minutes, sprayed with Vetericyn, applied hydrocolloid, applied a corn cushion and wrapped with vet wrap.

Before I left for vacation, my youngest hen had a black scab on each foot like this but one of them came off before I left. I noticed last night that she was limping and I thought it was because I only applied a corn cushion to one foot, so I redid it this morning, and the other black scab came off too when I peeled off the hydrocolloid. I soaked her feet again, but for less time because I thought it was gone, sprayed Vetericyn, applied hydrocolloid dressing and wrapped with VetRX. I just checked on her and she's still limping and I'm not sure what to do. Please help!

Is it possible she injured herself because of the imbalance of the corn cushion? She seemed fine until I treated her. I don't think I wrapped her too tightly because I did the same thing with the other hens and they seem fine. I didn't tug at the vet wrap and made sure it stuck together but not too tight.

Doubtful this would cause a limp. It could be that her foot is sore from the bumble kernal. I would suggest continuing with the application you've been doing and wrapping. You want to keep the foot clean and the bumble soft so the black scabby part removes easily. It can take weeks and even months of repetitive treatment and care for bumblefoot to heal.
