Goodness I am so sorry for your loss!

It was nothing you did wrong, sometimes things just don't go as we would like. She must have had other internal problems along with the leg. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Sometimes it's just meant to be. We bond so completely so fast with them that when we loose one it's hard. I had a chick that wasn't eating and drinking like my other chicks. I tried to get it to take some water and feed, but it just wouldn't. I put it on a heating pad on my lap one night she was 3 days old and she died in my lap. We both did our best.
