We have 4 poults. 8 weeks old. Bourbon Red breed. Appears we have 3 males and 1 female.

Going forward, can they coexist? One female with 3 males? If not, can I separate 1male with the one female together? The other two males will be nearby, but not able to see the M/F pair.

It would be more convenient to keep together, if it could work.

If they need to be separate, then what she should I plan to separate?

A Tom need a few hens to be happy. Possible over mating. But it depends on the tom. Definitely a hen saddle would help, but they still can get tore up.
I would sell or eat the extra toms and get a few more hens.
Could keep the extra toms separate, but still need more hens for the one.
Turkeys do best if they have 100 sqft each of run. But again it depends on the bird.

Thanks!

what age will problems with M/F begin?

Our plan was to show a breeding pair at fair, (they will be 18 weeks at that point). And butcher all in the fall. They will be 34 weeks old (approx) around Thanksgiving time.

Oh that should work.
The jakes may start to fight in the fall but doubtful the jennie will be ready to breed.
