I found her sitting and she couldn't walk. Her legs lock rigid and stands like a Runner duck then falls over. We've had her in the bath, fed her peas and chick starter. Now she's inside being watched. She can't walk.
She's eating and drinking and looks ok, she's preening.

Nutritional yeast I hope. But when one is already having serious issues The best thing is Liquid B complex TSC carries one it will say injectable but we use it orally. Since she is eating put one ml over a tasty treat just enough treat she get the full dose. Do this daily until completely over this then keep it up for a least 2 weeks longer. Some breeds may need to take Some form of niacin for all their lives especially heavyweights like Pekins.
I'd get this liquid B complex ASAP it is the best for getting them up and walking normally, works faster than Nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast is great i use it still with my adult ducks, but the liquid B complex is the most effective when one is having problems.

We couldn't find the liquid or powder at Petstock, Vet or Pharmacy. All we could get was Nature's Own Vitamin B3 500g. It's for people. I've got a mortar and pestal so I can crush the tablets 500g at a time.
Do I sprinkle it over peas or put it in their food?

It's just the one duckling that is having problems? that one needs a full dose. The others can have it sprinkled overfeed or treat but you want to make sure the one having the problem gets a full dose by itself. If the little one likes peas put it over some. What the duckling doesn't need it will pee out. But get some into it ASAP.

Thank you. We have a 2 month old duck who's legs were going rigid, she couldn't walk and we have a month old with shaky legs. We have them inside with us and will put some crushed tablets on some peas, they love them.
We swam them in warm water earlier then sat them on the bed between us with Quackers and Amy (who has sore wing tips). We watched Million Dollar Duck lol.
