More and more I believe everyone is correct, that "Jenny" is a rooster. Do rooster cluck? S/he is the only one making any real noise at the moment. S/he'll crow a few times, then go back to clucking.

Either way, s/he's my favorite--the first one to jump in my hand as a hatchling, and the first one that runs over when I go outside.
