So today Freya turns 3 month's , she is huge look at here compare to her mother, she already have started get red in the comb and also produce some weirdo noises Like chicken song, is it possible that she is close to laying at that young age?
Also look difference between her and her biological sister Merida same father' and mother..
They are cross between red ranger's hen and Nnxwellsummer rooster

*Speculating*

You may be seeing some "hybrid vigour" in that cross, accounting for the size disparities. I couldn't find other examples in a quick search, and the "Red Ranger" is itself a backyard mix on its way to becoming something more. Obviously, I've not crossed those two myself.

3 months would be extremely early for any bird, and something like 2 months early (on average) for either the Welsummer or the Ranger which were their parent stock.

So, "no" would be my best guess.

Not even close. You're probably looking at a cockerel with normal comb development.
No man that's female , that's sure I have 9 cockorels in grup and they have pointed feather's , saddle feather's , neck not rounded father's I lost 2 years of mz life watching and researching cockorels or pullet sings, hahhah 😂 she is pullet 💯 percents

I research and found that some chickens start laying at 15/16 weeks so she is maybe 3 weeks away from laying .

Sure, I have Golden Comets, which often start at 16 weeks. Mine are a few days late. There are a few other breeds that start on average, as early as 16 weeks. Wellsummers usually start between month 5/6, and the Rangers, middle of month 5. So Offspring starting not only 2 months before the parentage, but a full month before a famed early layer like the Comet?

Odds are against it.
