3 months old now Rooster or Hen?

Our chickens are 3 months old now and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if some are roosters or hens?

Thank you! I started wondering about that one bc when I got them they were sexed and the man I bought them from said he had no rir that we're roosters so he gave me a buff rooster. I believe I ended up with a buff rooster too.
