3 new hens, breeds?

my final thought is the thirds grandparent or great grandparent was a barnevelder
 
I realized I’ve mentioned her a lot but still haven’t shown her 😅 this is Cayenne. My red sex link, I’ve had her for 3 years this spring! Super friendly. I’ve even taught her how to stay on a longboard with me and she’s been on mountain hikes with me as well(second picture was from years ago)

Woah can the darkness of the eggs actually withstand that many different breeds being bred in over time? That is amazing! I never knew it was that much of a dominant gene
Darkness in eggs is a very dominant gene. Marans or barnevelders can be crossed many times and still be dark layers
