I have 5 laying hens and get 3 daily. Is that normal?

Yes. They could also be molting or getting old. But usually some hens don't lay an egg every day.

They are barred rocks and rir. Is that normal??

They just started laying in jan. no they arent.

They should be fine then. Sometimes they don't all lay an egg every day but that's pretty normal.
