3 pea eggs one not pipping! Help?

Im a nervous first momma of peafowl. 3 shipped eggs under broody. 2 hatched yesterday. 3rd is alive, moving but not pipping. Or peeping, only soft scratching.

I don't want to lose the chick of course. Best bet? let it go another 12 hours or pip a hole in the air cell. It looks like something big is protruding into air cell space... not near the shell. a head? a bum?

im thinking? Make hole in shell at air sac. Then try to see what's going on. T
hen assist if in a 8 to 12 to 24 hours.

Be patient, intervening usually causes more problems than if you did nothing.

So here's what happened. I made a hole in the air cell end of egg.
Then removed that end bit by bit. Saw chick was upside down. Turned it. And left it in egg. (saw it had at least one deformed leg and deformed beak, why it couldn't turn or pip)
Kept it wrapped in warm towels, but it didn't make it.
