3 unexplained deaths

:hit
Omg I am having the worst week possible I have no ****ing clue what is going on here I’ve never had problems like these before and I haven’t done anything different !!!:hit
Aww. I'm sorry you're having such an awful time. Hope the rest of the chicks do okay.

@Texas Kiki asked you the other day what the temp was in your setup and you never came back with an answer.

If you aren’t open with us with your answers, we can’t help you solve your problems. That’s not fair and responsible to these birds you’re trying to hatch because they are being born and then suffering.

They are super fragile and vulnerable creatures.

Just because you haven’t have problems in the past doesn’t mean you don’t have a faulty thermostat or hydrometer on your setup
now.

Mechanical things fail.

Please get your secondary thermometer and check your current temps in your incubator and your brooder.

And please post photos of both.

“A picture is worth a thousand words” is a real thing.

No stress that’s what I mean nothing has changed and nothing could go wrong ! Two of them that died where from the brooder in the barn there may have been some wet food underneath the hay could they have gotten to some that had gone moldy and would that kill them? I did a search for moldy food in there I didn’t see any mold but found some wet stuff under the hay I scrapped it clean took out all old hay and put in a bunch of clean hay same with the brooder except not hay I use shavings I’ll post a pic of the shavings

Saying I’m not fair or responsible is pretty rude considering I do everything for these birds to protect their health I work all day everyday with my own buisness on top of taking care of baby chickens constantly I got busy and didn’t post a pic every hatch I’ve ever done as been completely healthy I’ve never had a sick chick or hurt chick before now I have had a horrible week the worst of luck and I am trying to figure out what’s going on but I know damn well it’s not the temperature in my brooder so please don’t comment if you are saying I’m not responsible or I’m not being fair or I’m making these birds suffer because I garuntee that i try harder than 90% of the people in this site to keep the health of these little birds up most people just cull ones instantly that show signs of being sick but I take the time to try to treat them and care for them to the fullest extent and yes I check the temperature in my incubators and humidity in them constantly so don’t criticize me for trying to ask for help Or call me down when you don’t know how much I am doing constantly and researching constantly to take the best care of baby chicks and chickens as I can
