3 week old chick with large swelling on breast area

Just been out to the chicks and noticed that one of the ones we think is a female has a large swelling on her chest. There doesn't appear to be any broken skin.

Any suggestions or experience with something like this? Worried about her. She seems to be eating and perky as well as drinking. She's right up at the front when I open the door so she's not hanging back looking sad.

You might check to see if that is her crop on the upper right chest under the neck where the food and water are stored. Check the other chicks and compare. Chicks tend to have prominent crops after eating.
