3 week old chick

thanks, I am hoping it's a pullet as well! still has yellow comb! waiting on one vet to let me know if she can caponize it if it is a boy! friend hatched out one more ee from incubator on Thursday. want to take it but what if it's a roo? plus waiting on others to hatch! mother in law did say there is a way to determine sex prior to them being 4 days old. something about the wing, having one or two layers? anyone have any idea on this trick?
 
Still don't know what mine is.

Its fifty fifty. I've read about feather sexing on here but i think it only works with some breeds. Search it up on here maybe?

If the chicks are young, you can sex them by extending their wing, the girls will have longer wings.
I am not 100% sure and I haven't ever done it but I remember reading it somewhere...

Littlechick , I am really sorry, but that chick is looking like a roo... :(
Both the new chicks that I got are looking like Roos too...
I Am so sorry to tell you that, I don't mean to be a bummer, again I am not 100% sure so don't lose hope! :/ :)

Oh ananimal don't worry to be honest I've never really stopped thinking it was a roo, but its not the end of the world :). Didn't know you got two new ones?
