My 5 chicks were 3 weeks old yesterday, and I have 15 eggs in the incubator to hatch on Friday. My dad says I can't have 20 chicks in the house at one time. Is it okay to put the 3 week old chicks outside now? It is in the 80's and 90's where I l ive during the day and the 70's at night, I could still put a light on them at night, right?

Thanks

I think that's okay, as long as you keep them at a reasonable tempature and away from bigger chickens that could potentially hurt them.
We put out babies out in the coop pretty early. We just fenced them in, in the corner of the coop, where the big girls couldn't reach them. And we attatched a heat lamp to the wall, so they'ed stay warm. I'd give it a try.
Good luck with your chickies and your new hatch
