3 Week Old Pekin Duckling Attacked By Small Unidentified Animal Flesh Wounds

My 3 Week old pekin duckling got attacked yesterday at 8am est. I have him in my garage nice and warm with a towel for him to lay on and i wrapped his wounds with medical tape. I give him access to water and food. I have 1 of my other ducklings there to keep him company is that okay? Hes making this weird kinda snoring noise and isn't eating or drinking that much. Please respond soon.
