3 week old puppy with diarrhea?

Hello..Did you slowly introduce puppies to solid food? I'd stop all feeding and only let them nurse. Then you can slowly introduce them to rice baby pablum and jars of chicken baby food once the diarrhea stops. What breed are these puppies?

I haven't started introducing solid food yet. They are border Collies mixed with blue heeler. I noticed that their poop is no longer watery but has what seems to be mucus. They seem fine and play and have lot of energy. Though when they poop it is alot of poop and they whimper while pooping. No blood in their poop. Just what seems like mucus.
