~3 week old Sapphire gem Roo or hen?

I think she may be a hen due to the dark legs and yellow belly, but I’ve heard mixed messages about this breed. Any ideas? She or he is very spunky and seems to have somewhat rooster behaviors, although I know some hens may be like that too. Also developing feathers very quickly on the wings and tail.

Sapphire Gems are sex-linked and the cockerels should have barring. If it's a cockerel, you should see a white spot on the top of its head and maybe some barred feathers coming in. So far, to me, it looks female.
