3 week old Silkie question...

My three 3 week old silkies have started to grow combs already! Is this normal? I've never had silkies before, and I am curious. It seems really early compared to the other breeds I have raised. Does this mean they're roos? Eep!

Are they hatchery or breeder birds? Hatchery quality generally have poor combs, and therefor they are more noticeable.
