We have RIR that we're laying but now nothing since we brought them home. They are definitely eating and drinking well. Should I try artificial light? We are in PA. Pen & coop size should be fine. Any suggestions at all are appreciated

Birds don't like change... Likely that's why you still don't have eggs. If you want to help them along, make sure you have plenty of oyster shell free choice and amp up their protein a bit. smashed hard boiled eggs are a good choice, so is cheap salmon and tuna in oil. More than anything else, they need to be comfortable to start laying again. Mine are still mad at me for changing feed, although I didn't have a choice.

Maybe they coincidently with the move , are starting their fall molt. Often chickens do encounter stress as result of being moved.
You say that they were laying before. Do you know for sure, or is it just a story the person who cared for them previously told you???
Adding artificial light when daylight is still long most likely will not solve issue.
WISHING YOU BEST and :welcome

How long since you brought them home?
It could take weeks. ETA, I now see 3 weeks, could take longer.
How old are they?
If over a year old they may molt before they start laying again.

Artificial light won't speed any of it.
Unfortunately, as @Blooie sez, they ain't pez dispensers.
