3 Weeks Old.. Any Roo's ??

Last year I had ten buffs. Three wound up being roosters

. One baffled me, because his comb was smaller than the other two and he didn't crow. His tail has looser feathers and few longer ones by four months old. He did wind up being a rooster. This may be the case with your buff looking different. I almost forgot. Try the link, I'm not sure how to link old posts.

You're welcome. I hope it helps. He really stumped me. I'm on my computer now and see the pictures larger and I tend to agree with your wife. The buff has loose tail feathers like mine did and some of them look longer. I notice your other buff's tail is coming together smoothly with no loose longer feathers. Same with your RIR and he/she has a pretty large comb and waddles for a hen.
I went to sex links this time because I always wind up with roosters. My feed store sells them thankfully, but it doesn't cover the feed it took to raise them. Hopefully they will start crowing soon and you'll know for sure.

OK... I'm a little confused.

I'm really sorry. You said at the beginning of this thread that you had 5 chicks: Baby, Buttercup, Dolly, Silvarodo, and Vixie. That doesn't look like a BO. Which one is it?
