3 weeks old + runny light brown poop

Hi

I have about 28 chicks that are 2.5 - 4 weeks old

Noticed a week or so ago that they are getting a runny light brown poop

Not all of them but I think that more.

Is there a concern here? They look healthy but I guess that is relative since I don't have experience raising chicks.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like Cecal poop.
That comes about 1 out of every 8-10 "normal" poops.

X2....cecal poop...they are particularly pungent

As far as ACV how much and often should I give that to them?

Is it important for the water to be warm? room temperature? the chicks again are probably 3 weeks old +

Water should be room tempreature (tap water is fine).

I don't know. I don't use ACV.

Hi all- I noticed the same in my baby chicks - so it’s normal? Lol. They have been drinking water with probiotics ( I had two with pasty butt) and don’t know if it was related

What is the product you are giving?
Most have instructions for use. Personally, I would not provide probiotics in the water daily, but it's personal choice of course. Most feeds already have probiotics.

It’s ‘ sav-a-chick brand from Tractor supply. I will swap out for tap if you think it not wise to over do it. Also-thoughts on electrolytes? I’m a newbie at this
