3 wk old chick won't move, all puffed up. 1st timer with chicks. HELP!

I have three 3 week old chicks. I got them from my aunt in Austin. Two of them are just perfect. One is suddenly not good. Started yesterday evening, and I just thought he ate too much. But - all day today - he just sits by himself, all puffed up and eyes closed, very quietly peeping. The other chicks were stepping on him, so we put him in a box temporarily by himself. (I keep saying he, but I really don't know if it is a he or a she, if that matters) We were able to get him to drink a little water, but no change. Please help! I don't want him to die.

Are you giving them medicated feed? Is this chick's poop runny or bloody? What breed is it? The more info you can provide, the better people can help.

Unfortunately I don't know what breed they are, and my aunt isn't answering her phone. I did some reading and I think the poor baby has Pullorum, as there is some runny white poop, it has ruffled feathers, is chirping and is having trouble breathing.

I just talked to my aunt, these are bantam chicks (nankings). We keep it around 80 in there, but I did notice yesterday that the heat source had been unplugged for a couple of hours. The room was still pretty warm. I live in Dallas area and it isn't cold right now.

Sad to report, the baby chick died.
