Okay, so if you think that she might have wry neck you could try some vitamin E *and* B1 (thiamine). If the problem is from a deficiency in either of those vitamins you should see improvement after a few days.

Your Spring Valley B complex does not contain B1, so you need to get something that does and I suggest the injectable B complex for cattle. The amount I would use when treating a 4 pound duck is 2 ml orally or by injection.

Vitamin E, I'll have to look that up, but I think you could give a whole capsule a few days in a row.

Note that I have treated both of these conditions and each time the bird recovered in less than two days. Those that had wry neck due to the B deficiency were better in two hours after getting an injection of the B complex for cattle. Those that were giving just the E were better in two days.
