My golden comet is just over 3 years old, i noticed her acting lethargic and abnormally “calm” whenever I’d handle her yesterday, now she’s reluctant to walk but will if I’m carrying her in her cage or bed, her wings and tail are droopy, the tips of her combs are a bit purple, and I do feel a hard lump on the left side of her abdomen (possibly an egg?) She does unfortunately have mites, a lot around her vent area. Her poop is also green but mostly clear with some undigested seeds, I have pics from earlier today. I’m currently treating her for Coccidiosis just in case that’s what it is. No labored breathing and she is looking more alert today

treat the mites asap as they will be sapping her energy and spirit; 4-6 drops of Ivermectin pour on applied to the skin on the back of the neck is easy and effective, repeat after 10 days to kill the mites that hatch in the interim.

I don't know where you are so how many varieties of it exist where you are, but the appropriate one here is the one sold for pigeons (because it's not approved for use on poultry here). Brand is Harkamectin in the UK.
