3 Year Old Hen Has Never Laid an Egg

I had few like that we called them fakers they made a noise and no eggs excellent nannies one of them adopted a duck and a baby piglet to. But no eggs and we had some of them in the pot ( raised for meat ) and 6 of them had no ovaries

How many birds do you have? What breeds? What color eggs do you get?
Could she be a shabby layer that hides her eggs in the bushes?

We have 5 hens: Wyandotte, Easter egger, 2 Rhode Island Reds and she is an Easter egger. She does not ever go into the nesting box and there’s not any eggs that aren’t accounted for.

Have a 2 yr old silkie duccle cross that is on the bottom of the pecking order, has never laid an egg (vent is dry and puckered) and acts like she can't see well. Made a small growup pen for babies I hatched and put her with them. She is now happy and content being my surrogate mom to chicks too young or small to put with the main flock yet. She even has them under wings sometimes and is the sweetest hen.
