3 yr old EE hen having bright green diarrhea, not active, no appetite...been looking all over for answers. What could be the reason?

Good afternoon,
I have a 3 yr old EE that has always been healthy but not feeling well. Her egg laying has been off... she laid a small "fart" egg about a week ago and didn't lay another until the day before yesterday which was a regular sized egg but it looked like it came more to a point then usual, as of yesterday she has been just standing around, not very active or vocal, noticed bright green diarrhea on her butt, very little to no appetite and I tried to get a few pictures of her and her butt and will try to post them. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I'm not sure and want to help her ASAP. Thanks so much!
