Did not know anything about Randall Burkey and I ordered 30 chicks (6 different breeds/5 of ea.). They arrived at midnight Thurs. night. My post office called right when they were delivered and we rushed out to get them. I am very pleased with RB and PO. I got just what I ordered, no extras (upon request). All arrived happy and healthy.
