31/2 week old chicks , one seems to sleep a lot! And is the biggest sick?

What is the big one doing that makes you think it's sick?

She looks like she is trying to breath by opening her beak. She also sleeps a lot. I just bought electrolyte and probiotic to give her in a syringe? I only have 3 so I hope she's ok and the others don't get sick. I feed them medicated chick food with a little dia- earth mixed in. I've never had chicks and it's scary

Maybe to hot??? Mine do that when they are hot.

I was thinking it could be the bedding? It's hay, but it's all open on the sides, it's a small animal cage and it's on my screened in lanai. I live in Fl so I have to constantly monitor the temps.
