They started out I noticed they just weren't moving like they normally did then came flem coming out of the beak and then death.

Is there a veterinarian or agricultural college/university that you can send a body to for testing?

Give them something. Get them something from the drug store. Its not like you can kill them more dead then they are about to be.
I hate to sound morbid, but consider this. Even if it kills them, at least you tried. They are going to die anyway if you do nothing.

(This is probably terrible advice. I dont know what drugs will automatically kill chickens)
