Very simple - for you if your are bringing birds you will need to send your NPIP certificate or testing proof to Cindy at the State of NH Dept. of Agriculture so that she can issue you a vender certificate.

I am so busy that I haven't had time to make anything! I'll have 2 weeks, once school ends. My weekends until then will be occupied by getting our huge garden going, and dipping 150 volcanoes in melted wax. The joys of an elementary school art teacher!
