If I had confidence in my egg shipping abilities I'd join and I want to be down on record as 'send me all the turken eggs'. LOL. Then again, I have six NN chickens in with my others, so my eggs could also be NN.

I do the same thing, individually bubble wrap each egg, then stick it in the bottom of a molded egg carton with the top cut off, fat egg end up. Once all eggs are in, I use the bottom molded part from another egg carton and put that on top of the eggs (to keep them from moving around too much) and tape together. Put in a box with packing material on bottom, shove packing material, newspapers, etc in the sides, more packing material on top and voila. Eggs ready to be shipped. USPS provides the boxes, free. The medium flat rate boxes usually do it.

OMG I love those! LOL. Too bad I really don't want bantams - no room to segregate them and I have a really big roo and a second 'up and coming' roo that will probably be a monster also.

We have until the 20th to officially join, right? I'll see if I am getting enough eggs in a week that would be suitable AND if I can confirm Leo's getting his job done.

I have a big pretty EE roo over.. umm.. lots of stuff. EE/Brahma (dk/lt)/Turkens/Langshan/SS/Orpingtons/Mystery Orange Chicken (LOL) and a few other things that I can't remember now. My leghorns still squat for me, so they want nothing to do with Leo.
