I am in for 6 to 12 eggs.
I might have Icelandics eggs, if they lay by then.
I would like to have turkens, Olive eggers.

Just wondering, does everyone have to be clean of some diseases, so the disease won't spread around? I do not want to wet things down, but want to be on a safe side.
Thanks.

Usually you do not need to be NPIP on the swaps. Many are just small flocks that have never been tested. I'm planning on testing mine when I can find a tester and have the money to test them. Some states have a grant that covers the testing,, but not Iowa.

OK! I think I have everyone above added. Farmerboy I need to know whether you're in for 1 swap of 6, 1 swap of 12 or 2 swaps of 6 please. I'd suggest going with the first or last option, as so far we don't have anyone swapping in groups of 12.

Please check page 1 and make sure you're on there with the number you're swapping. Also please make sure you've PMed me your full name and address to participate. I'm glad we're getting more interest! This is going to be fun!

PS I saw my roo do the deed with 2 girls today - granted they're pullets that have yet to lay... but his parts work! YAY!

I only want large fowl pure is the best but mutts are okay. I do not consider Olive Eggers mutts and I could have some of those to send depending on when those slackers decide to start laying again these are Cuckoo hens mixed with a black Ameracauna the pullets will be black any males will be single barred so I have Partridge Rocks, Delawares, New Hampshires and Blue Coppers laying now each egg will be marked and I always send plenty of extras. 2 six packs to be mailed.....
