3rd sick pullet.

Their poops looked normal but they were all smelled like the cecal poop. If Auburn accepts chickens for a necropsy, I could drive them there. I have tried to contact someone there before for information. I couldn't get a hold of anyone.

I think that you need load some pictures of their poops as Kathy mentioned at first, so that she can give you more clue, or some more experts give you some suggestion. Kathy is a tremendous helper as I know.

I don't want to hear of all of your chicks die...

Smelly poop is often a sign of coccidiosis. And if any of the poop look like the picture below I can almost guarantee you that it is coccidiosis. Coccidiosis, plus too much calcium could kill them very fast.

I'd like to see their poops so some of members can help more!

That is not enough! For far too long people have been using that amount, but I did the math at least three different ways and the powder dose *is* 1.5 teaspoons for the .024% level and 3/4 teaspoon for the .012% level. I even confirmed this with the mfg.

Thanks again. I have the rest on it too since yesterday. I have the liquid. The 21 day treatment on the bottle is 8oz per 100 gallons, .48 teaspoon per gallon. Since the chicken was sick I was affraid too strong right away might be hard on her. The 5 day treatment is 16oz per 100 gallons, .96 teaspoon. I have a teaspoon in the other chickens water. If I add another teaspoon, that won't be too much?

Even better! What I have been doing lately is giving some as an oral drench as well as some in their water. It's very safe and very hard to give too much according to the mfg I spoke to. I had one just the other day, 'bout the same age as your chicks, but mine was pooping pure blood, so I gave it .1ml orally and that cleared up the blood in two days. The "proper" oral dose for chicks is 20mg/kg, which is about .2ml of the liquid per 2.2 pounds. FWIW, the little guy I gave it to weighed less that 200 grams, so .1ml was way too much, but it didn't kill him. If you need help coming up with doses just let me know how much they weigh and I'll help you. If you want to just put it in the water the dose *is* 2 teaspoons per gallon or if you have a syringe it's 9.5ml, but I usually just round up to 10ml.

All of the poops ain the pine shavings. They looked like the first. The only one that looked a little different is the bottom one in the second picture. I have read that is normal for chickens eating pellets.
