4 1/2 week old chick in need of help

Well, she still sleeps under the heater often and when she's standing still, she's puffed up and her eyes are closed, or one is closed...but she does get up to peck and eat a little and to drink.

When she's not sleeping under the heater, I see her walk around, still puffed up, and drink and eat. She doesn't eat a lot but she does eat the dry food. And I have checked her crop and it is puffed up, squishy and empty. I feel no food in it.
I did give her another small dropper of olive oil and massaged her crop, but why is it empty when I see that she does eat at least a little?

Is she having any runny poops with mucus or orange/red poops?
Nothing orange or red, but while her poop, in an earlier post, looked normal, tonight it looked watery as it came out. I didn't see it once it hit the wood chips...

However, she did seem to eat more tonight.

Update: Day 2 of Corid (in water and direct drops)
Watery brown poop - small amount
Still standing puffed up, eyes closed, quiet chirping constantly
Eats and walks around periodically
But her crop is still puffed up, squishy and empty. I keep expecting to feel something in her crop, but it's just squishy.
I'm worried she's not getting any nutrition.

Should I be do something else?

Edit: She's balled up under the heater.

Today is day 3 on Covid. Ruby is a Buckeye, by the way.
I read that day 3 is when Covid offers peak effectiveness...she looks the same as yesterday except her crop feels flat today (usually feels puffed and squishy -but no odor.)
She is balled up under the heater off and on but does come out, walk around and eat some food periodically.
Right now she is asleep standing up with the tip of her beak touching the floor.
She is now markedly smaller than all the others, which worries me that she's not getting enough nutrition. I have given her 2-3 drops of Corid by dropper 2x a day.
Thinking of offering baby food...I have Gerber sweet potato.
The thing I find odd is that even though I see her eat, I never feel food in her crop.

Hoping to see an improvement today.

She's periodically pecking at the feed mash, but not eating a significant amount. Her crop still feels empty and she won't take any baby food. She is still puffed up, eyes mostly closed when standing still...low energy.

I would give Nutridrench, but I assume I need to wait until after Corid.

Hi Jonalista,

How is your chick....:fl
Hi there, and thanks so much for checking in on us. :)
She is much the same. I notice also she doesn't seem to be growing so I am worried and trying to figure out how to get some nutrition into her. I can't give vitamins at the same time as the Corid. She eats so little.

Oh gees that must be so nerve wracking. Also the feelings of helplessness. Hope things turn around. We can’t get cordid here, how long is the treatment ?
