Morning ALL,

I had a buddy ask me what a "4-1 Hen Egg" was and I am not able to track down what it is.

He saw it on a menu at a restaurant he frequents and in doing a Google search I too see where it is referenced in different menus.

Can someone shed some light on the subject?

Thanks!

Is it a "healthy" restaurant? When we lived in California they served "4-1" egg items which meant 4 egg whites to 1 yolk. I am not 100% certain though.

Here, at home in VA, I would call it an "Oh my goodness...the double-yolk hen is backed up and DANG that's a BIG EGG!" :)
