I have a pip,

I have a pip!!!!! Just one so far, she Piped around 11am this morning. I have herd her chirping a few times too! OMG I have a PIP!

This has to be some kind of a good sign. I bet now everybody's eggs will start pipping

And KnD ranch, thanks They are just normal silkies, no particular type. I have 1 Buff, 3 Blacks and 2 Whites. But the 6 I have in the incubator are partridge, blue and splash. I'm going to have a whole rainbow of silkie colors soon enough!

You should get some, they are just awesome!

Well I haven't seen really any movement sense about 3pm today, so I am a bit worried now!

Out of my 5, 3 have pipped and one of those just zipped in front of me.

There would appear to be a brand new cream legbar in the world (and absolutely worn out by the experience by the look of it).

Oh my gosh, so happy for you. Oh look how cute she is!!!! I now have 4 pips and 8 that have been moving around. My husband and I listened to them chirping and Peeping all night. AAAAAAHHHHHHH

By the way, does anyone else just sit there staring at the incubator for hours on end (or is it just me?)

Perfectly normal behaviour, right? Not bordering on insane in any way shape or form.
