4-6 week old chick with possible broken back

I have a chick who got stepped on and who may have a broken hip or back, she can stand on her left leg but her right when she lays down her hip bone is far higher then on her left side. is there any other method than slaughter in this case? Could I perhaps sling her up like they sometimes do with cattle and let her foot touch the.ground hopeully heal back into place. Im just not sure.what to.do hate to lose her. Any help would be great thank you.

I'd give her the chance to heal on her own. If she is eating and drinking let her have a go at it. If she gets worse, you can always cull her then.
