I have a 4 day Flower Hen that suddenly started running backwards. She is crashing in the the brooder walls violently, appears to be neurological. Any suggestions?

This sounds like encephalomalacia or wry neck. Sometimes the neck will twist to the side or up/down. Do you have any SaveAChick vitamins/electrolytes to add to the water? Give that to her by dipping her beak into the water several times every 1/2 hour or so, then every hour. If she won't drink, then give it a drop at a time with a dropper, and let her swallow. It could be neurological from head injury, stress, or the vitamin deficiency. Vitamins E, and B1 thiamine, plus selenium are most important. Selenium dosage is 25 mcg daily. If she gets trampled, place a little divider in the brooder for her (plastic poultry netting or screen.) She may need to be fed and watered until she improves. Here are some links to read:

Thanks so much for your help. It is so distressing to see, I got attached to these little guys so quickly, I hate to see it suffer. I hope I can save her, Starting on vitamins ASAP.
