4 day old chick watery nose

I have 2 four day old silkies. I noticed today one had a little water/wetness on his/her nostril so I wiped it, when it's on the nostril he/she shakes it's head to remove it, have not noticed sneezing yet, and it does eat and drink. Should I add vitamins to water or let it be? It is on medicated feed and has a warm light on.

is it boogies? or do you think it is wet from him drinking?

It is clear like water and I don't believe it is it's drinking water because it's always there, it is just ther not dripping down the beak, at least not yet. Would vitamins in the water be helpful?
