 How many chickens do you have?!
At my house, we are constantly backed up about 2-5 dozen even in the light production season. I've finally managed to sell eggs instead of just giving them away. We have had anywhere from 6-18 laying hens.

12 RIRs, they only started laying a little over a month Ago, but I get between 7-11 eggs daily

No- no roosters here to fertilize, so we just eat them

Well, you could always date a few of those cartons, to refrigerate them for awhile, so that they will be easy to peel as boiled eggs for egg or potato salad, or to even feed some of them (crushed shell and all) back to your hen's mixed in a wet feed so they get extra protein and calcium.
