4 ducks 1 egg a day ??

Why do my four female ducks (2 black Swedish 2 white crested) only lay one egg a day .. one only .. I thought I would get at least four a day .. can someone tell me what I need to do to help them lay more or offer any help . Thank y’all

Ps.. it was cold yesterday just a little if that causes em not to lay .. but I am south Texas so cold is 69 degrees lol

Huffman Texas . I have one huge egg and four normal sized eggs . I try to feed them some peas or treat and while they are eating I go steal the egg if it’s in there . I don’t know if they are suppose to see me taking the eggs or not . I feel so guilty lol

They will all be laying soon. You may have one duck laying an egg a day or you may have more than one layer, but they aren't laying on the same day yet. I was getting one egg a day for the past few weeks from my ducks and just this week started getting two a day from 6 layers, fingers crossed soon we will get an egg a day from all our layers! Double check any possible hiding places, buried in straw, the bottom of the pool, etc., ducks will lay ANYWHERE.

For what it's worth, my KCs are laying and my Blue Swedish are not.

Hahahaha that’s what I said ! It doesn’t fit in the crates I saved for collecting . Do you know if it matters if I pick them up right away or should I be sneaky about collecting the egg
