4 eyed embryo?

Guys I'm sorry for bad quality, but is this what I think it is or am I just imagining.

The eggs were at day 15 but I guess this guy died around day 7ish. Wish I had seen it sooner. It was mostly a blob with eyes, but is this 4 eyes or just badly decayed?

1 yolk, but I have had conjoined twins with one yolk. (Not from my birds or friends)
