I showed a steer calf this year I named him Waffles. I showed Waffles this year and he won Reserve Champion BeefBuilder Calf. In September Waffles and 5 other calves went missing they just disappeared we ended up getting them back
here are some pics of Waffles
This year I named my goat Elvis. He was a Boer goat and it was the first time I had a show goat. here are some pictures of Elvis
Elvis would lead the best at home and at state fair he wouldn't move he would just brace all of his legs and refuse to move someone had to go over and shove him while I was pulling and even with him acting like that I decided I would do showmanship which I very much regret and he did the same thing but i finally go him to follow my sisters goat and then he did a little better
The dog I showed is named Gizmo he is a Great Pyrenees. Gizmo is a livestock guardian dog. This was my 3rd year showing him. This year he won Grand Champion Basic B Obedience!!
here are some pictures of Gizmo
I showed 15 chickens this year. 2 of them were standard and the rest of them were bantams.
My Partridge Wyandotte Cockerel won Grand Champion Poultry at county!!
I sent my Partridge Wyandotte cockerel, 2 Partridge Wyandotte pullets and a Rhode Island Red cockerel all bantams to state fair. They all got purple ribbons but my Red cockerel won Champion Single Comb Clean Legged bantam(SCCL) so he got to go in for the Champion Overall Bantam round and he won!! He won Champion Overall Bantam Chicken so he qualified for the overall poultry round where he would have to go against standard chickens, pigeons, ducks and turkeys and he won Champion Overall Poultry at state fair!!!!
