Wha- Really?? WHAT! COOL!Abdominal surgery is possible for chickens, but very very high risk! Longer anesthetic times are the problem, so hardly ever done. Specialty avian practices, positive pressure ventilation, tricky.

They can't. The uterus is the shelling gland.I was going to just ask if she could remove her uterus but I had no idea if that was possible.
