4 month old Buff Orpington pullet or cockerel?

We have two Buff Orpingtons, both 4 months old. One is significantly bigger than the other and has some suspicious longer tail feathers. However it does not have much of a comb or waddle. Attached is a picture of the larger one. Does it look like a pullet or cockerel? I haven’t heard any crowing

At 4 months that’s definitely a pullet. My 2 month old BO rooster already had a large comb.

Here is the other one. Comb and waddle are bigger but bird is smaller with smaller tail.

I’m very happy with all the pullet answers! I’m pretty new to chickens and I was worried since they looked so different.
